At Native Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are printed on demand, we have a specific return and refund policy.

Quality Issues & Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Send clear photos of the issue.
  • We will cover the cost of reprinting or refunding defective items.

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer’s remorse.

All products are made to order specifically for you.

Sizing & Fit

Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at info@native.clothing within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. We will review your request as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds for approved quality issues will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

EU Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted after production has started. Quality issues are fully covered.
