Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

• Europe: 5–12 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Tracking & Lost Packages

You will receive a tracking number by email. Report lost packages within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
